Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Chicken wings or drumettes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
Buffalo Sauce:
- 1/2 cup Red’s hot sauce
- 1/4 cup Melted butter
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- To make seasoned chicken wings, sprinkle salt and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees, then cook the wings for about 25 minutes, flipping them halfway through. To make the buffalo sauce, mix all the ingredients.
- Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the buffalo sauce and serve hot celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Alternatively, you can bake the chicken wings in the oven.
- Simply place the wings on a wire rack over a baking sheet, and bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
- Once done, toss the warm wings in the buffalo sauce and enjoy!
