Follow Kim K’s guide to how to prove them wrong: Do the things they thought you can’t.

Kim Kardashian is a reality personality, entrepreneur, and skincare mogul; she is now a prominent actress. The founder of “SKIMS” is joining Emma Roberts in the 12th season of “American Horror Story” on FX.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, her role was written expressly for her. AHS co-creator Ryan Murphy told the publication, “Kim is among the world’s biggest and brightest television stars, and we are thrilled to welcome her to the AHS family.”

“Emma and I are thrilled to collaborate with this cultural powerhouse. This season is ambitious and unlike anything we have done before, and Halley Feiffer has written a fun, stylish, and ultimately horrifying role for Kim.”

Kim broke the shocking news on Monday morning, uploading a video with the caption, “Emma Roberts and Kim Kardashian are Delicate.” It then displays the show’s title along with its recognizable theme music.

The reality star also posted the video with the irises and blood drop emojis to her Instagram account. There is music and what appear to be children frolicking in the trailer, with the iconic AHS theme song will soon commence playing.

“American Horror Story” season 12 will be Kim’s most significant scripted role. She has previously appeared on shows such as “2 Broke Girls,” “Drop Dead Diva,” and others.

Murphy and FX have yet to announce the specifics. Still, production for the new season is slated to commence in New York City later in April, with a summer premiere. How I Met Your Mother” and”Paw Patrol” are likewise among the shows where Kardashian has appeared, but still, “American Horror Story” is her most prominent role to date.

“AHS” is notorious for keeping the plot of each season under wraps for some time, so nothing is known about her role, the connection to Emma’s character, or how long KK will appear in the season. Still, fans are already pleading for more information.

“Kim is one of the world’s biggest and brightest television stars, and we are delighted to welcome her to the AHS family,” said the show’s executive producer, Ryan Murphy, in an interview with THR.

Notably, this is not Kim’s first rodeo; she has appeared in several projects as cameos and portrayed Delores in “PAW Patrol: The Movie” in 2021 and, as previously reported, will return for the sequel alongside her daughter North. As for Emma, her return is HUGE for “AHS” fans — she first appeared in season 3’s “Coven” and hasn’t been seen since 2019’s “1984” season, but many have been requesting her return for a while.

This is massive news for Kim, Emma, and the show’s viewers, but now the question is whether Kim can become the next great scream queen.
