Ingredients

  • 4 Sole filets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh oregano
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler to high and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Rinse the sole filets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
