Instructions
- In a shallow dish, combine the coconut flour, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat each trout filet in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet.
