Her first job in the kitchen was as a pastry assistant under Chef Ken Frank at Fenix at Argyle Hotel. Brooke and her husband, Nick Roberts, have since opened five successful restaurants in South Bay: Hudson House, Playa Provisions, The Tripel, Tripli-Kit, and Da Kikokiko, which specializes in fast-casual Hawaiian cuisine.
