- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 Lime
- 8 low-carb Tortillas (or lettuce leaves for a lower-carb option)
- Optional toppings: Avocado, cilantro, cheese, sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cut the tofu into thin slices and set aside.
- Mix the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
