Ingredients
- 1 block of Firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Chopped onion
- 1/4 cup Chopped mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp. Coconut aminos
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- Burger buns or lettuce leaves
- Toppings of your choice (avocado, tomato, onion, lettuce, cheese, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, crumble the tofu with a fork.
- Add the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, chopped mushrooms, parsley, coconut aminos, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the tofu. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into 4-6 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
