Ingredients

  • 1 block of Firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup Chopped mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • Burger buns or lettuce leaves
  • Toppings of your choice (avocado, tomato, onion, lettuce, cheese, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, crumble the tofu with a fork.
  3. Add the almond flour, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, chopped mushrooms, parsley, coconut aminos, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the tofu. Mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into 4-6 patties.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
