How to Store the Low-Carb Broccoli and Cheddar Soup

To prevent bacterial growth, ensure the leftovers are stored in an airtight container or tightly wrapped in plastic wrap. To ensure that it is safe to consume, it should be eaten within 3 to 4 days.

If you want to store it for longer, you can freeze it for up to 3 months. When reheating, you can either heat it on the stove over low heat, occasionally stirring until it is heated, or microwave it in a microwave-safe container. If the soup has thickened in the fridge, you may need to add some water or broth to thin it out to your desired consistency.
