Maria Timmer is a meteorologist who gained prominence as an on-air personality for the Fox News Channel between 2010 and 2016. With a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM) designation from the American Meteorological Society, she provided weather reports across various Fox shows, including the popular morning program “FOX & Friends.” After leaving Fox News, Timmer decided to further her education and is now pursuing a PhD at Central Michigan University. She also serves as a graduate research assistant and occasionally works as a part-time meteorologist at WJBK Fox2 in Detroit.
