The vocalist wrote in his Instagram post on Monday, “CERTIFIED LOVER BOY SEPTEMBER 3,” while the picture shows 12 pregnant lady emoticons with different complexions which is the collection’s official cover as revealed by Tidal’s chief content officer, Elliot Wilson on Twitter.
“I was planning to release my album this month but between surgery and rehab my energy has been dedicated to recovery,” Drake wrote in an Instagram Story post at that time, reported by Billboard. “I’m blessed to be back on my feet and feeling great and focused on the album, but CLB won’t be dropping in January.”
In July, Drake declared during his appearance on Fri Yiy Friday that he’d completed work on his development to 2018’s Scorpion. “Album’s ready … Album’s cooked, looking forward to delivering it to you. Certified Lover Boy on the way, and that’s for anyone in the way,” he said at the time.

Drake initially started advertising CLB in August 2020 amidst the main pandemic summer, with “Laugh Now Cry Later,” according to Billboard.
