In 2021, Ed Hartwell is a former American NFL linebacker who has a net worth of $200 thousand. He is best known for his tenure with the Baltimore Ravens, which he spent from 2001 to 2004. Hartwell has already retired from football a long time ago and he has played for few teams during his stint.

After the Hartwells failed on their Bank of America adjustable-rate mortgage, the bank paid $1.9 million for the house at a foreclosure sale in the Forsyth County, Ga. courthouse just over two years later.

Hartwell paid $1.268 million for the six-bedroom, 8,000-square-foot mansion in 2005, but sold it for only $690,000 in 2016, taking a $580,000 loss, according to TMZ.

His wealth is also increasing from his side job of coaching and other tv guestings or apearances. His current occupation is characterized as clerical/white collar.

Ed Hartwell's Early Life

Edgerton “Ed” Hartwell was born in 1978, 27th May in Las Vegas in Nevada of United States of America. Aside from that, there is not much known about him or about his life as a young child.

Additional information about siblings and/or aunts uncles and cousins are also unavailable on the internet. It seems as though that his whole family is very private in nature and would want to keep it that way despite his major success as a former linebacker.

Ed Hartwell's Education

Hartwell lettered in football, basketball, and track at Cheyenne High School in North Las Vegas, Nevada. As a senior, he was named to the USA Today All-USA honorable mention team in football. He was a Western Illinois University football player. Edgerton received an associate degree from the said university. It was when he was in high school that he started playing football and eventually got hooked on the sport.

Ed Hartwell's Ex-Wives/Girlfriend and Family Life

Edgerton Hartwell was married to Lisa Wu-Hartwell. On December 31, 2005, Edgerton Hartwell married Lisa Wu-Hartwell of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. On May 20, 2006, they married in a ceremonial ceremony at The Verandas in Santa Monica, California. Their son Ed, Jr. was born in 2007. With ex-husband Keith Sweat, Lisa has two kids, Jordan (b. 1995) and Justin (b. 1998). When Lisa first started appearing on the show, they weren’t engaged yet but had just moved in together.

Wu’s five-year marriage to her spouse ended two years after she was a full-time cast member on RHOA for seasons 1 and 2. In August 2011, the former backup dancer filed for divorce from Hartwell, with whom she has a son. Lisa acknowledged the breakup on Twitter, as well as debunking rumors about what caused it. “Unfortunately, we are separated,” she said, “but we would NEVER be parted for money, that is so far from the reality.” “I wish people could respect people’s privacy during times like this,” Wu said. Wu and Hartwell worked on their friendship after their divorce in order to co-parent their son, Edgerton Hartwell Jr., in a healthy way.

Wu was taken aback by Hartwell’s marriage to actress Keisha Knight-Pulliam in January 2016. “I feel like I had to find out about the scenario, first being engaged to Keisha, then having to find out about him getting married from EJ,” Wu stated on an episode of “Hollywood Divas.” Keshia Knight Pulliam’s marriage to Ed Hartwell ended after only two months, according to Hartwell. Hartwell said that their marriage was torn apart by jealousy, disagreements about starting a family and suspicions about infidelity on both sides. He said that she was so fixated on getting pregnant he suspects she went behind his back to do it.

Hartwell added that he “had a sit-down” with his wife in February 2016, when she earned the youngest-ever Emmy winner for her role as Rudy Huxtable on the once-beloved NBC program. Hartwell admitted during the heart-to-heart that his ex-girlfriend, whom he dated for four years, had “lost a kid,” which made him realize he still “cared about her.” Keshia was so shocked by Hartwell’s admission that she almost vanished from his life. Hartwell added that Knight Pulliam was willing to have a baby in whatever way he could, whether it was through in vitro fertilization, adoption, or natural conception, which was one of the reasons they stopped having sex after their romance soured.

In a twisted turn of events, Ed Hartwell has become the father of a third child. Despite the fact that Keshia and Hartwell are not formally divorced, it appears that the former NFL player has moved on and fathered a child with another lady.

Tonya Carroll, Hartwell’s lover, is reportedly pregnant even before the divorce got finalized, and the two are expecting their first child later this year. During that period, Carroll has been flaunting their romance on Instagram. Hartwell’s third kid, Carroll’s second, and the couple’s first together, it was the couple’s first child. After Hartwell and Knight Pulliam’s divorce got finalized in 2019, Carroll and Hartwell got married.
