Mary’s aunt, Rosalind Cazares, sued Robert Cosby Sr. in 1997 and again in 2007, alleging him of mismanaging the estate’s assets and attempting to deprive her of her mother’s money.
In a lawsuit obtained by Bustle, her lawyer, Edward McBride Jr., stated, “This includes the failure to identify and account for the articles of personal property that were given away, sold, destroyed or otherwise not preserved by defendant Cosby while he was acting as personal representative of the estate.” (2)
