He removed my appendix because the endometriosis had attacked it. There was a lot of blood in my uterus and I’m sore and I have some like, gas pains.”
She also wrote in the caption, “If you have really painful periods, you may have #endometriosis.”
Schumer similarly shared a mirror selfie of herself in her hospital gown and a selfie to say thanks to her PCPs. “Peace out endometriosis! Thanks Dr. Seckin and Dr. Brill,” she composed over the photograph.
