Ray J Files For Divorce From Princess Love For The 3rd Time

Will this divorce battle finally at last push through?

The singer filed a divorce on Wednesday in L.A. County Superior Court from Princess Love regardless of fighting pneumonia. The couple secured the bunch in 2016.

Ray’s been hospitalized for this present week with pneumonia as TMZ detailed, but doctors were also worried that he was dealing with COVID-19 and even held him in the hospital’s COVID ward.

Ray J’s manager, David Weintraub, recently affirmed the news saying that the reality star is “in the hospital for pneumonia, but it’s not the contagious kind.”

“[The doctors] wanted to keep him there a couple extra days to watch him,” he said, adding that Ray J underwent “multiple COVID tests, and he tested negative for all of them.”

In late 2019, Princess accused Ray of abandoning her and their baby girl, Melody, in Las Vegas which the artist has repeatedly denied.

She was also pregnant at the time and gave birth to their son, Epik, in January 2020. Love still proceeded through with her plans and petitioned for legal separation however, she requested that the filing be dismissed just two months later, in July.

Back in mid-September, it was Ray J’s chance to seek divorce as he requested for a joint custody of their two children. He also stated to the docs obtained by PEOPLE that the decision was made “without prejudice”, which means either party can, in any case, pick to alter their perspective on the procedures.

Representatives for Ray J and Love didn’t promptly react to media sources’ solicitation for input.
