Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Fresh basil – chopped
  • 1 Avocado – peeled and cubed
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 10 oz Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon, and vinegar. Mix in the shrimp and vegetables. Serve with pita bread, sourdough bread, or French bread.
