Ingredients
- 1.5 lb. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into small cubes
- 16 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Onion thickly sliced
- 1 small Red orange pepper sliced
- 1 small Green pepper sliced
- 4 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 2 Lemons cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, oregano, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Make sure chicken cubes and vegetables are coated with the marinade.
- Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers and grill over medium-high heat, occasionally turning, for 12-15 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before use.
- Serve the grilled skewers immediately, and add lemon as a garnish if you’d like.
Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes or overnight for optimal flavor.
