Meghan is possibly just finding herself then.
In a recent episode of her podcast, “Intimate Knowledge,” Meghan King revealed disturbing details about her love life following the end of a relationship in which her ex-boyfriend cheated on her. Once her new relationship failed, the 38-year-old said that she came to the decision that she wanted to date a woman.
Meghan is taking her choice to allow women in her dating pool seriously. “I opened up my dating app to women. We meet, and I’ve never done this before, and I have thought about [women],” she told Entertainment Tonight on Wednesday.
“Sometimes, when I look at porn, I look at lesbian porn, but I never thought that my desires were to be with a woman,” she said, adding, “I’m like, ‘What if there is something there? What if I am a lesbian? What if I’m bi?’ I was also thinking it hasn’t worked with men, and I have thought about like exploring my sexuality with women before. Hey, why not?!”
Having reached this conclusion, King informs her audience that she did actually meet a woman. “So I meet this chick, we go to this party, and we decide to stay together in New York for three nights. The first night, the woman and I hook up at the Yale Club. So, we’re hooking up, we’re hooking up in bed, I’m like, ‘This is fun or whatever. We hit it off. She’s beautiful, and I’m feeling more free than I ever have.”
If you recall, King published a lengthy blog post at the start of the new year in which she discussed her desire to focus on “living authentically” and exploring her sexuality.
“I will explore my sexuality if I want to, and I will honor platonic and non-traditional relationships in ways Western society has done the disservice of making us believe are unimportant. I am present,” she penned in January. In addition, she cautioned that she would not tolerate negative energy. “I will delete trolls and negativity, you will come to my page with love, or you will not come at all.”
As you may know, the alumna of “The Real Housewives of Orange County” has been previously married three times. Her most recent marriage ended with Cuffe Owens, and before that, she was married to Jim Edmonds, with whom she co-parented three children.
Recently, King responded to the former MLB player’s move to amend their parenting agreement by filing her own motion. The reality star has dated different individuals and has always kept her followers informed about her dating life.
