Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 bunches of Fresh spinach, washed and chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss with the spinach until heated.
  8. Serve immediately.
