Ingredients

- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 bunches of Fresh spinach, washed and chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp to the skillet until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- Add chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss with the spinach until heated.
