How to Store the Low-Carb Tofu and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry

To store the low-carb tofu and bell pepper stir-fry, let it cool to room temperature first. Then, transfer the leftovers to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

When reheating the leftovers, you can either reheat them in the microwave or a skillet over medium heat until heated through. You may need to add a splash of water or vegetable broth to the skillet to prevent the stir-fry from drying.

Note: The texture of the tofu may change slightly after being stored and reheated, but it should still be safe to eat as long as it has been stored properly.
