Cameran married anesthesiologist Dr. Jason Wimberly on April 12, 2014. On November 11th, 2017, Cameran Eubanks Wimberly gave birth to her daughter, who was named Palmer Corinne Wimberly.

A decade after her appearance on The Real World, Whitney Sudler-Smith approached a hesitant Cameran about participating in a Bravo reality series, which was then titled Southern Gentlemen.
