We all know that Kendall Jenner is one of the highest paid models on the planet and she is getting sued for allegedly breaching a modelling contract with Italian fashion brand Liu Jo.

Kendall Jenner is confronting a claim after Italian fashion house Liu Jo filed a legal complaint against her in the US District Court in Manhattan, asserting that the model neglected to satisfy her legally binding commitments after she didn’t show up at the second of two arranged photo shoots. She was set to be paid $1.5 million (model’s original fee) plus a 20% service fee which is now the sum that Liu Jo was requesting a refund for the damages.

In response to the lawsuit, a spokesperson for Jenner’s management company, The Society, told the publication that the “suit is without merit.” The Society Management, on behalf of Ms. Jenner additionally added that they ceaselessly offered Liu Jo elective dates and areas to satisfy an arrangement that had to be deferred as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic, which Jenner has enthusiastically offered to finish commitments respecting responsibilities however, Jenner herself still can’t seem to remark on the claim.
