Kanye West Makes His Split With Kim Kardashian Instagram Official

The Yeezy designer’s social media move comes almost seven months after the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum recorded a separation.
Kanye West already unfollowed his ex-Kim Kardashian and the remainder of the Kardashian-Jenner clan on Twitter back in June when rumors start to spread that he is dating Irina Shayk.

The rapper now has unfollowed the SKIMS founder on the social media platform and made his own account private, following only 13 accounts.

According to PEOPLE, some of the accounts West continues to follow includes influencer YesJulz, music artist Justin Laboy, Fashion Nova, rapper Fonz Bentley, and artist Katarina Jebb.

Following Kim’s divorce filing in February 2021, the pair has focused on co-parenting their four kids North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm. The SKIMS founder, as far as concerns her, has likewise kept on supporting Kanye, having recently went to every one of his listening parties in front of the arrival of the rapper’s tenth studio collection, DONDA, in August 2021.

On the collection Kanye delivered last month, he apparently conceded cheating on Kim after their first two children were born. As indicated by Page Six, collection’s lead single, “Hurricane,” is all about the affair.

While a portion of West’s verses have caused a stir, none of them have come as an astonishment to Kardashian West, another source told PEOPLE.

“Kim was made aware that the lyrics in some of Kanye’s new songs were very personal and about their relationship,” the source said. “It wasn’t a surprise to her.”

Recently, Kim appeared on one of Kanye’s public stunts to promote Donda during the listening event on Chicago, wearing a wedding gown which sparks gossipy tidbits about them getting back together.

Page Six broke the news of the “Donda” artist and the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum’s separation in January and Kim made it official by going to court one month after the fact.
