After years of legal battles, his ex-wife filed another case against him.

Teresa Giudice’s fiancé, Luis Ruelas, reportedly slammed his ex-wife, Marisa DiMartino, against a metal pole after a furious financial disagreement in 2012.

“[DiMartino] reported that after her estranged husband dropped off the children the two began to argue over finances,” as per a police report acquired by Page Six exclusively. “The dispute became heated and culminated with [Ruelas] pushing [DiMartino] into a metal support pole in the garage.”

“This action took place in the presence of the couple’s son. [DiMartino] refused medical attention and was adamant that she did not wish to sign a charge,” the statement reads dated May 5, 2012, one day after the purported assault.

The alleged incident took place in Orаngetown, New York, where the exes was staying with their two teenage kids, Louie Jr. and Louie as well as Nicholаs, who were married for a decade before divorcing.

According to the publication, DiMartino submitted а separate police report on New Year’s Eve 2010, before they legally terminated their marriage, claiming she and Ruelаs had a “verbаl dispute” that caused her to leave their family home.

There are several court documents filed between the two parties. Another lawsuit was filed in 2016 when DiMartino asserted that Ruelas “shouted names” in front of their children during a custody exchange.

Ruelas was also accused of being abusive in the same complaint. Despite this, no charges or arrests have been filed in connection with the claimed event. Moreover, DiMartino isn’t the only ex who has filed a police report against him.

When their two-year relationship ended in 2020, his ex-fiancée Vanessa Reiser initiated legal action against him in April 2021, also according to publication, stating that he would grow enraged if they didn’t have enough sex. The lawsuit was later resolved for undisclosed terms outside of court.

A source likewise informed Page Six at the time that Paula Sanchez, the businessman’s girlfriend from 2011 to 2018, felt pressured to make love to Ruelas many times a day.

“These people need to get a life and move on,” Ruelas’ representative remarked at the time of his exes’ accusations. “He has, it’s time for them to do the same.”

These are just a handful of the lawsuits he’s facing before, during, and after his stint on Bravo TV’s “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.”
