Episode 1 - Back to Business

Selling Sunset S3 - Christine Quinn

On-site tarot reader Christine Quinn, who claimed to dislike drama, was the only one who provided everyone else with entertainingly shady and frequently correct predictions. Heather Young learns from Maya Vander that she’s three months along in her second pregnancy, which gave birth in mid-May. So, in November of this year, she would have been three months along.

Christine’s birthday was the real reason for the party, however. Christine was made to be a reality television star, and she knows just how to achieve it. Despite her concerns, her co-listing agent Monika Fox has objected to this week’s broker’s open, which features Botox and a hamburger.

The ex-soap star has a lot to say about becoming a newlywed. It’s heartbreaking to watch the season opener to watch that she and her husband will have a divorce.

Four bedroom, four bathroom Mount Olympus neighborhood Hollywood Hills property for $5.495 million is Christine’s new listing.

Episode 2 - Confidence Is Key

Selling Sunset S3 - Davina Portratz

Christine sparked a fresh spat with Davina Portratz at the Selling Sunset’s Burgers and Botox event when she joined the enormous $75 million listing that the Oppenheim brothers were reluctant about. It was awkward when the owner queried Davina about Christian Richard’s visit. She had no idea he was there without telling her first. Talking points were given to Amanza, who has been absent from several work occasions owing to her ongoing custody fight.

Episode 3 - The Biggest Agent in the Room

Selling Sunset S3 - Brett Oppenheim

Brett Oppenheim can’t wait to host a get-together for his coworkers to celebrate the move into his new digs. In the perfect environment, Davina and Jason Oppenheim’s disagreement over extending the $75 million listing comes to the surface. She storms out of the party after being shot down so violently.

The private house tour was brought up by Davina, who confronted Christine about it. After a long-distance relationship, Mary and Chrishell Stause finally get together for a heart-to-heart about starting a family and the possibility of freezing Mary’s eggs. Mary labels Chrishell and Justin’s marriage “couple goals,” Chrishell admits that she and Justin Scott Hartley, who tied the knot in 2017, thought they were “couple goals” as well.

Using the Oppenheim Group’s new concierge service, Amanza and Heather team up to aid a seller of a $3.5 million, three-bedroom, four-bathroom property on Fennell Place. The firm pays for remodeling and staging, and the seller reimburses it when the transaction is completed. Because they’re already in escrow on a new home, the owners of this property need to sell quickly.

Since they are both experts, Heather doesn’t moan too much about having to work with Amanza.

Episode 4 - Everybody Loves Mary

The brothers Oppenheim catered a 40-person supper for their coworkers during the fifth annual Friendsgiving of the Oppenheim Group. Sharing some important news was a terrific chance. With the sale of the $45 million hillside mansion, which finally sold for roughly $35 million to an unknown bidder, the business had completed its largest-ever sale.

During their lengthy lunch talk about Jason giving Mary so many postings, Christine asked Maya if she was considering quitting the Oppenheim Group. The concierge listing of Amanza and Heather contained a big blunder: Repairing the floors after they had been flooded cost an additional $5,000 and took a week. Due to an unforeseen conflict, Amanza canceled her scheduled art selection session with the homeowner.

Therefore Heather was left to complete this task on her own. Nothing went exactly as planned unless Heather was supposed to say she loved every single piece in the gallery. Christine and Christian Richard meet with their wedding planner for the first time to talk about the big day.

When it comes to dessert, Christine envisions a “gothic winter paradise” complete with a cathedral covered in snow. An abundance of pasta, truffles, and a white cake covered in strawberries that “bleed down” when sliced into. Chrishell gives Mary Fitzgerald and Romain Bonnet a $1.7 million listing he thinks they can finish themselves because they’re considering buying a property in the Valley to flip.

Episode 5 - Bad News Travels Fast

During Chrishell’s open house for the charity auction, Mary and Romain had a brief spat. Even though she wasn’t the one who interacted with them, she was furious that he lied about Brett and Jason returning girls to their room at his bachelor celebration. Despite Mary’s feelings of betrayal, they appeared to have reconciled.

Also, Maya talks about acquiring her broker’s license in Florida and starting a new Oppenheim Group office. Christine and Amanza quarrel but don’t really come to any conclusions other than that they clearly don’t like each other. They’re in this episode together.

A Beverly Hills wedding dress store, Galia Lahav, helped Christine design her fantasy custom black gown for her upcoming wedding. Even the richest of the rich can’t afford the time needed to construct a handmade dress with ostrich feathers and a Maleficent vibe in just a month.

It was now time for an apology from Christine. She sat down and apologized to Mary, vaguely accepting some of the blame for her mistakes. In the end, they split amicably, with Mary appearing to take the apology in stride. Her clients are shown a four-bedroom, six-bathroom, $ 4.2-million Beverly Hills home.

Episode 6 - One Text Changes Everything

Selling Sunset S3 - Chrishell Stause

A dispute that Chrishell and Justin had over the phone just before she filed for divorce was all that Chrishell could talk about without breaking down in tears, and she hadn’t seen him since. He filed for divorce and contacted her to let her know before they had a chance to talk about the disagreement. Even though she was surrounded by photographers, Amanza made her way to Chrishell’s hillside home to vent about the pain of divorce.

Since she was still in love with Justin, Chrishell said she had never even contemplated a Plan B. She also expressed disappointment that he didn’t want to tackle the situation quietly. Chrishell flew to St. Louis at the end of the episode to spend time with her family.

Speculating on Justin’s side of the tale, Davina Potratz and Christine bemoaned Chrishell’s secrecy as they discussed the news of Chrishell’s divorce. They have a sneaking suspicion that the union was doomed from the start. Despite their differences, Mary and Romain appeared to have worked things out over the bachelor celebration.

It was also a good thing that Amanza and Heather worked together to create a concierge service listing.

Episode 7 - Two Sides to Every Story

Selling Sunset S3 - Amanza Smith

It wasn’t long until everyone in the company had a chance to catch up over dinner and talk about Chrishell’s divorce while she was in St. Louis with her family. Davina and Christine’s shit-talking about how friendly Justin was. It was when they met him and how Chrishell should have realized their marriage was in trouble and not been surprised by it.

While spending time with her family, Chrishell began to mend a little. She was treated to a facial and a pep talk by her teenage niece, an aesthetician, as part of a delightful family supper. We’ll forgive the show for filming Chrishell’s arrival and departure from St. Louis on the same day because it was so wholesome.

Chrishell’s divorce and the accompanying aftermath caused so much personal stress that Amanza closed her first and second sales. There was no interest in Mary’s $9.45 million Alpine Drive listing from Jason.

Episode 8 - A Not So White Wedding

Selling Sunset S3 - Heather Rae Young

During an interview with Us Weekly, Heather apologized for her comments on Chrishell’s divorce. That she had previously explained was a rushed reaction to how she was helping her castmate during a difficult time. However, as Davina persisted in badgering her, she finally snapped and ripped the mike out of her hand before storming out.

All of the guests returned to the reception when Chrishell stormed out. Chrishell and Davina disagreed over Davina’s persistence in collecting “all sides of the story.” In particular, Mary was enraged, and Romain was unsurprised when she told him about the argument she had with her mother.

We’re glad that production followed Chrishell back to her new hilltop house in Los Angeles. Captured her wistfully gazing out at Los Angeles’s cityscape while sipping some white wine at the end of this season. Christine’s antics occupied the entire episode.

Davina and Heather showed up soon before the wedding to discuss the last-minute problems Christine had faced, and Christine claimed that her dress didn’t fit because her boobs were too big. There was more turmoil just before the wedding. Aside from that, she’d been vomiting recently, but she was not pregnant.

A new $2.8 million modern Sherman Oaks offering was on display for Jason when Maya shared with him her aspirations to earn her broker’s license before having a new baby — as well as the possibility of opening up a Miami-based office for Oppenhiem Group in the future. His first pick for a second location was either New York or Orange County, but he didn’t want to lose her, so he said he’d give it some thought.
