The incident happened on Sunday in Compassion Church’s parking lot close to Lindsay and Guadalupe roads.
However, the incident’s location was unknown when the footage was released. TizzyEnt, a social media personality, was the one who posted the video, and because of it, the case sparked widespread interest from users.
In the video, a man gets out of his parked Tesla slantingly over two spaces as the skateboarder slides down the stair rail. Then suddenly, the man approaches the skater while brandishing his weapon.

According TizzyEnt, who claimed to have spoken with the skateboarder, the skateboarder, and his companions were filming a video in an empty parking lot when the Tesla driver allegedly threatened them.
Police remained silent regarding the man’s relationship, if any, to the church where the incident took place. According to the following footage, the skateboarder told TizzyEnt the man wasn’t connected to the church.
And so TizzyEnt said: “Just came there because he saw ‘punk kids skating.”
Gilbert police announced they had taken the pistol from a man who had been seen pulling one on a skateboarder in a viral video. However, they didn’t make an arrest which enraged some of the users.
