According to reports obtained by numerous news organizations, Mando and another actor, whose name has not been disclosed, got into a physical altercation on the set of the movie, which led to his dismissal from the production.

The exact cause of what transpired is still unknown, but Wagner Moura’s replacement has made it apparent that the actor’s termination from his alleged role in the crime drama, in which he is rumored to have starred with Brian Tyree Henry, is final.

Also, despite his attempts to patch things up with his co-star, it is reported that the producers decided to have him fired from the role of Manny Cespedes.

Sinking Spring” focuses on Manny, who Moura will now play, and Ray, played by Brian. The two characters are lifelong friends from Philly turned criminals after they pretend to be DEA agents to rob an unidentified house in the country.

Unfortunately, their harmless scheme quickly turns into a life-and-death endeavor when they unintentionally uncover and expose “one of the biggest narcotics corridors on the east coast.”

Peter Craig, the writer of “Top Gun: Maverick,” will make his television debut with this series, serving as writer, executive producer, and director for one of its eight episodes.

Reactions to Michael Mando Fired From "Sinking Spring" After Fighting With A Co-Star

Michael Mando worked with the best production/writing team in television for several years without any issues. So I'm sure as hell sure whatever happened isn't his fault. #breakingbad #bettercallsaul

Michael Mando was fired for his new show because he had a problem with his coststar Michael on his last day in the show he spend six seasons:

The fact that Michael Mando was already recasted when all these sketchy articles come out is really weird. No way the dude that spent 7 years with the same cast on BCS and talks like he’s narrating the most elegant novel in existence started an “altercation”.
