Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon filets – 4-6oz/113-170g each
  • 1 pound Asparagus
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley – chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic – minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare the baking sheet with a parchment paper
  2. Place salmon fillets in the middle of the baking sheet. Arrange asparagus in the remaining area
  3. On top of the salmon and asparagus, drizzle the mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Salmon needs 12 to 15 minutes in the oven to cook completely.
  5. Serve with sprinkled fresh parsley.
