Ingredients
- 4 Salmon filets – 4-6oz/113-170g each
- 1 pound Asparagus
- 4 tablespoon Butter
- 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley – chopped
- 2 teaspoon Garlic – minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare the baking sheet with a parchment paper
- Place salmon fillets in the middle of the baking sheet. Arrange asparagus in the remaining area
- On top of the salmon and asparagus, drizzle the mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Salmon needs 12 to 15 minutes in the oven to cook completely.
- Serve with sprinkled fresh parsley.
