Ingredients
- 340g Raw shrimp (about 12oz) – deveined and shelled
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- ¼ cup Onion – chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic (or garlic paste) – minced
- 6 Cherry tomatoes – cut in half
- ½ teaspoon Dried oregano
- Lemon juice
- ¼ cup Feta cheese – crumbled
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large sauté pan and add the chopped onion. Allow the onion to soften for a few minutes before adding the garlic.
- Add the dried oregano and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes start to soften.
- Add the shrimp and cook until done. Add a splash of lemon juice and transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the shrimp immediately and season with black pepper.
