Ingredients

  • 340g Raw shrimp (about 12oz) – deveined and shelled
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ¼ cup Onion – chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic (or garlic paste)  – minced
  • 6 Cherry tomatoes – cut in half
  • ½ teaspoon Dried oregano
  • Lemon juice
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese – crumbled
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large sauté pan and add the chopped onion. Allow the onion to soften for a few minutes before adding the garlic.
  2. Add the dried oregano and tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes start to soften.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until done. Add a splash of lemon juice and transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the shrimp immediately and season with black pepper.
