Ingredients

  • 16 pieces Medium shrimp – deveined and shelled
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 low carb Tortillas (or flatbread)

For the Spice:

  • 1 tsp powdered Chili
  • 1 tsp powdered Cumin
  • ½ tsp powdered Garlic
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the spices and lime juice. Toss the shrimp in the spices, making sure they are completely covered.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet or frying pan over medium heat and add the shrimp once the butter has melted.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes, turning the shrimp halfway through to ensure even cooking.

To Assemble:

  1. Place the shrimp on a low-carb tortilla and drizzle with the remaining pan juices.
  2. Serve alongside coleslaw, lettuce, and other salad ingredients.
