Ingredients
- 1 lb Jumbo shrimp – deveined and shelled
- 6 tbsp Butter
- ½ tsp Kosher salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- 5 cloves Garlic – minced
- ½ cup Chicken stock
- ¼ tsp Red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Minced parsley
Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat in a large heavy-bottomed skillet.
- Place shrimp in the skillet and season with salt and pepper
- Cook occasionally, stirring for about 4-5 minutes or until the shrimp is done.
- Remove the shrimp and place it aside.
- In the same skillet, saute garlic for about 30 seconds.
- Whisk in the chicken stock to combine. Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until the stock has been reduced by half.
- Add red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and the remaining 4 tablespoons of butter to the sauce. Cook for two more minutes while stirring to melt the butter.
- Remove from heat. Add in the shrimp and sprinkle with parsley.
