Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon filets
  • 12-ounce Brussels sprout – shaved
  • 4 tbsp Tessamae’s Lemon Garlic Dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the salmon on a sheet pan and surround it with shaved sprouts.
  2. Dress the salmon and sprouts with the dressing. Gently toss the sprouts. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
