Ingredients

Instructions

- Add the diced onion, and minced garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet until browned and cooked, stirring occasionally.
- The cauliflower uses a food processor or box grater to cook beef, grate, or rice.
- Once the beef is cooked, add the grated cauliflower to the skillet, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
- Cook the cauliflower rice with the beef for 5-7 minutes or until tender and slightly browned.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the beef and cauliflower rice mixture in bowls, and garnish with chopped scallions or cilantro if desired.
