Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 8 oz. Sliced mushrooms

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup Beef broth
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp. Dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
