Ingredients
- 4 large Bell peppers, tops removed and seeded
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 cup Chopped onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced

- 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup Beef broth
- 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Grated mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the onions are softened.
