Brooklyn Beckham, Victoria and David Beckham’s eldest son, married heiress Nicola Peltz on Saturday in Palm Beach, Florida, in an extravagant black-tie event hosted on Peltz’s family estate.

Brooklyn’s parents Victoria and David Beckham, as well as siblings Romeo, Cruz, and Harper, were among the guests. The bride’s family: businessman father Nelson Peltz, model mother Claudia Heffner, and seven siblings, were also in attendance.
Moreover, guests pictured during the wedding included Eva Longoria, Gordon Ramsay, Serena Williams, Mel C, Jordana Brewster, and Alexis Ohanian. The coastal home is valued $123 million and is 44,000 square feet.

In honor of Nicola’s Jewish roots, the pair married under a flower-draped chuppah in a traditional Jewish ceremony. She was photographed by The Daily Mail wearing a bespoke Valentino gown that she picked with the aid of New York-based celebrity stylist Leslie Fremar.

Brooklyn followed tradition and broke a glass wrapped in a napkin under his heel after they were married by a rabbi and then kissed his wife for six seconds. They are also said to have signed a prenuptial agreement.

Ever since they announced their engagement in July 2020, after initially going public with their relationship in January, the now-married couple has been the topic of marriage rumors multiple times.

“We’ve been engaged for a year and if COVID wasn’t a thing we’d have liked to have been married already, and it has been a bit difficult,” said Brooklyn to Hello! magazine back in November 2021. “You know, I’ve only just started to travel again, I’m travelling a little bit now but hopefully, it’ll be next year.”

Weddings are lovely things but I do feel the 3m dollar cost of Brooklyn Beckham’s wedding is in poor taste in these times of hardship for many. It would have been a wonderful gesture to have a smaller wedding and donate the money to charity instead.
