Episode 1 - Game Changer

Selling Sunset S5 - Jason and Chrishell

Traveling as a pair, Jason Oppenheim, Terrina Chrishell Stause, Mary Fitzgerald, and Romain Bonnet visit Mykonos in Greece. There are also Brett Oppenheim and Tina Louise, his ex-girlfriend. The gang congratulates Jason and Chrishell on their decision to make their love public.

Additionally, they are there to honor Chrishell and Mary’s birthdays. Before telling the world about their love, as Chrishell says, she and Jason wanted to work things out. Chrishell asserts that her connection to Jason is the most genuine, unlike her relationship with Justin Hartley.

When she was married to the This Is Us actor, she once hired a chef to prepare supper and pretended she did it herself, as she relates to Mary. Maya Vander, Davina Potratz, Emma Hernan, and Heather Rae El Moussa discuss Jason and Chrishell’s relationship at the Los Angeles office.

Episode 2 - New Blood

Jason and Christine Bently Quinn meet and talk about Christine’s desire to rejoin The Oppenheim Group. Additionally, she surprises him with a meet and greets with Chelsea Lazkani. Jason hasn’t been looking to hire any new agents since he hired Emma and Vanessa Villela.

He is interested in Chelsea’s expertise in Manhattan Beach. It doesn’t hurt that he had previously worked with Chelsea’s husband, Jeff. When Christine and Amanza Smith cross paths, Christine describes Chrishell and Jason’s connection as “incestual.”

Amanza Smith questions Christine about her remarks, especially those she made in a TMZ interview. Jason just states that he can manage the agents working in his office. After the episode, Christine rejoins The Oppenheim Group.

Episode 3 - Coming For All Your Coin

Mary is concerned about how much time her duties as a managing partner will take. With his interests in real estate development, Mary and her husband Romaine Bonnet already don’t have enough time to be together. Chelsea Lazkani, a newcomer to Selling Sunset, encounters Christine and their infants on the beach.

When Christine returns to the workplace, she informs her new business partner. The ideal way to get Chelsea a desk at The Oppenheim Group is also discussed by Chelsea and Christine. They collaborate to organize a broker’s open at Caviar and Couture for one of Christine’s listings.

Episode 4 - Bad Bitches Don't Cry

Christine displays the same level of boredom during the meeting as the other women go over their resumes. But when given a chance to discuss her new confidant Lazkani, she perked up. At her Caviar and Couture broker’s open, she proposes presenting Chelsea to everyone, and Chrishell has “reservations” right away.

Chrishell acknowledges that she has doubts about Chelsea’s ability to “really sell real estate” and that these doubts are the result of Christine supporting the realtor. Later in the show, Chrishell questions whether Christine is just looking to add Chelsea as an ally. Almost everyone from The Oppenheim Group, except for Heather, attends Christine and Chelsea’s broker’s open, despite their individual opinions on Chrishell.

Chelsea takes the chance to introduce herself to Mary as a potential agent. The Caviar and Couture celebration appears to be going smoothly until Christine is confronted by Amanza Smith. One of her last remaining pals from The Oppenheim Group, regarding the news reports that claimed she had been “barred” from Heather’s wedding.

Episode 5 - Do You Think We're Friends?

Selling Sunset S5 - Emma Hernan

As they tour a possible residence for Emma’s parents, Chrishell notices that Emma is becoming more open. She has been showered with unwavering devotion, and she wants to repay them by buying a lavish Los Angeles home. Chrishell acknowledges that she wants to “search for guys” for Emma, but Emma has already been looking.

She makes fun of the celebrity-favored membership-based app Raya that she uses. Emma doesn’t confirm or deny that Aloe Blacc messaged her on the app to meet up during their conversation. She also mentions Micah McDonald, a buddy and fellow developer who wants to meet up for drinks.

Chelsea wants the ladies of The Oppenheim Group to make their own opinions of her, regardless of where she stands with Christine, and to professionally support one another, including Christine. Maya claims that it is too late to make amends with Christine. Still, Chelsea remains steadfast as a supportive “independent” party.

Episode 6 - Step Up or Step Out

Mary’s recent promotion and the thought of having children come up during a visit to Romain’s construction site, where he is building penthouses for Jason. Since her new role needs her to “deal with Christine,” something she doesn’t want to do, Mary doesn’t want to start taking hormones. Mary wishes to keep her friendship and professional connection with Jason separate.

Still, a frustrated Romain proposes that she seek assistance as the new manager. She also doesn’t want to lose her promotion soon after receiving it. Chrishell challenges Brett, calling him “unreasonable,” since she wants to sell to a deserving couple.

Episode 7 - It's Getting Personal

Selling Sunset S5 - Deborah Oppenheim

Along with Deborah Oppenheim, the Oppenheim matriarch, Jason and Chrishell eat lunch. She may jump directly into the topic of the couple getting married and having children because of her straightforward speaking style. In “Step Up or Step Out,” Mary Fitzgerald and Jason enjoyed supper with Chelsea and her husband.

After dinner, they struck a deal: Chelsea would receive a desk at The Oppenheim Group in exchange for making a sale on the Franklin listing. When Chelsea gets to work, she has an “astonishing offer.” Her client wants to pay $30,000 more than the asking price for the listing and purchase it without any conditions.

Chelsea makes her first sale for The O Group and formally joins the group when Heather’s client cannot match.

Episode 8 - She's Your Problem Too

Chrishell is more concerned about Christine’s statements and what they might do to Jason’s business than she is about herself. Chrishell is loyal, despite how much he would like Jason to fire Christine. But if she does anything to harm The Oppenheim Group, he’s prepared to change his mind.

In episode 8, Vanessa Villela’s boyfriend Nick Hardy visits The Oppenheim Group’s workplace to meet her coworkers. Nick, who is about to leave on a business trip, has a surprise in store for Vanessa and everyone else at work that day. In an instant of complete bewilderment, Nick gives Vanessa a ring.

Emma Hernan is asked for a chance by Christine. Emma concurs but then informs the cameras that for them to be friends, Christine would likely have to pass away and be reincarnated into someone else.

Episode 9 - Sabotage in Stilettos

Selling Sunset S5 - Davina Potratz

Davina Potratz invites Chelsea to lunch after feeling insulted during her tea party. She acknowledges that the way Chelsea talked to her on occasion caught her off guard and made her think she had ambushed; she even shed a tear. Chelsea, who has supported Christine throughout Selling Sunset Season 5, finds it difficult to comprehend how Davina feels about her.

Davina claims that although she loves Christine, she frequently puts her in risky situations and causes harm to individuals who are essential to Davina. The reason Davina was so unhappy was that she believed Christine had requested Chelsea to speak up for her at the tea party. Concerning having children, Chrishell confides in Heather Rae El Moussa.

She and Jason both like the conversation, but she doesn’t want to get her hopes up. Many Selling Sunset viewers are aware that the pair separated in December 2021.

Episode 10 - Nothing Remains The Same

Selling Sunset S5 - Chrishell Stause

The Selling Sunset climax features a visit from Chrishell’s sisters in Los Angeles. Of course, the subject of Chrishell, Jason, and children is brought up, but not before Shonda contrasts Jason with Chrishell’s ex-husband Justin Hartley. Chrishell claims that she and Jason are making an effort to manage their time wisely.

Jason and Mary wait for Christine to arrive, surprised that she would do anything like this after meeting with Emma. Yet she never appears. Jason, who is getting angry, acknowledges that Christine might have it all if she focused her efforts on real estate rather than on drama and retaliation.

He is no longer at his office but still wants what is best for the agent. In conclusion, they don’t decide what to do with Christine. The relationship between Jason and Chrishell was a cornerstone of Selling Sunset Season 5. However, after numerous discussions about having children or not, Jason and Chrishell broke up.
