Instructions
To Cook Chicken:
In a large bowl or zip-seal bag, combine the chicken, olive oil, garlic, and spices. Put in the fridge and marinate for up to 24 hours, preferably at least 15 to 30 minutes.
Take the chicken out of the marinade and discard it. Place chicken on a grill or pan heated to medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 9 to 10 minutes on each side until the inside is no longer pink (or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F).
To Make Cilantro Sauce:
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, and blend for 1 minute or until creamy.
To Assemble:
Layer lettuce wraps with chicken, tomatoes, onion, and avocado. Drizzle with cilantro sauce or your preferred taco sauce.

How to Store the Keto Chicken Taco Lettuce Wraps
The chicken recipe creates too much for yourself, so I always preserve half for another day. It freezes perfectly. Place the remaining chicken shreds in a freezer-safe container and keep them there until you’re ready to use them. Up to three months will pass before it loses its freshness. This dish is so adaptable that you should keep it around.
