Ingredients

  • 8 Keto tortillas (you can also use keto taco shells)
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 lb lean Ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons Keto taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 small Tomato chopped
  • 1/4 cup Iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Set aside the taco or tortilla shells on a table.
  2. Add the oil to a large skillet set to medium heat. When it’s hot, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Add 1 tablespoon of water and the keto taco seasoning, and stir until combined. Remove from the heat.
  3. Layer the ground beef mixture, iceberg lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese on the tortillas.
