Ingredients
- 8 Keto tortillas (you can also use keto taco shells)
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 lb lean Ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Keto taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1 small Tomato chopped
- 1/4 cup Iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese grated
Instructions
- Set aside the taco or tortilla shells on a table.
- Add the oil to a large skillet set to medium heat. When it’s hot, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Add 1 tablespoon of water and the keto taco seasoning, and stir until combined. Remove from the heat.
- Layer the ground beef mixture, iceberg lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheese on the tortillas.
