Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 pound Beef sirloin (sliced thin)
- 2 cloves Minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Fresh grated ginger
- 1 small Red pepper (sliced)
- 1 small Yellow onion (sliced)
- 8 ounces Sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil.
- Add the beef, garlic, ginger, and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until the beef is slightly browned.
- Put the steak in a bowl after seasoning it with salt and pepper,
- Reheat the skillet. Add the peppers and onion and stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until. Please make sure the onions are transparent before adding the mushrooms.
- Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes or until browned.
- Add the beef broth and soy sauce before adding the cooked beef mixture. Cook until thoroughly heated, then serve as desired.
