Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 3 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Beef broth
  • 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tsp Bragg’s Aminos
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 cans Green beans, drained
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. To start, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Then, brown some ground beef in a cast-iron skillet and drain off any excess grease.
  3. Add some cream cheese and stir until melted, then mix in some beef broth, heavy whipping cream, Bragg’s Aminos, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook it over medium heat until it thickens, then reduce the heat and let it simmer.
  5. Once the ground beef mixture has thickened, add two cans of drained green beans, and sprinkle some cheese on top of the green beans.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake everything for about 25 minutes.
