  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup Almond flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 large Lettuce leaves
  • Toppings of your choice (e.g., tomato, onion, avocado)


  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, almond flour, egg, parsley, garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook on each side for 5-6 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Place each patty on a lettuce leaf and add your desired toppings.
  5. Serve hot, and enjoy!

Note: This recipe makes 4 servings. You can also add additional spices or toppings to your taste. If you prefer, you can also grill the burgers instead of cooking them on the stovetop.
