Ingredients

  • 1 Medium cucumber
  • 1/2 lb. Sliced turkey
  • 4 oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the cucumber. Cut it into 1-inch thick rounds.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Spread 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture on top of each cucumber round.
  4. Fold the turkey slices in half and then in half again, creating small squares. Place a folded turkey slice on top of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber round.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
