Ingredients
- 1 Medium cucumber
- 1/2 lb. Sliced turkey
- 4 oz. Cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and peel the cucumber. Cut it into 1-inch thick rounds.
- Mix the cream cheese, dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture on top of each cucumber round.
- Fold the turkey slices in half and then in half again, creating small squares. Place a folded turkey slice on top of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber round.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
