On the other hand, Clarkson has moved into her stunning all-white house in the Los Angeles district of Toluca Lake, which she bought for $5.4 million after selling her 20,000-square-foot lakeside mega-mansion close to Nashville for $6.3 million.

The colonial-style home was constructed in 1936, and throughout the years, it underwent several renovations. The color white dominates the interior design, as obviously stated in the name of the mansion, which, in Clarkson’s opinion, makes her happy.
The mansion’s amenities include an impressive central entry hall, many fireplaces, a dining room that opens to a covered terrace, a chef’s kitchen, a sunroom, walk-in closets, expansive lawns, a tennis court and pavilion, a pool and spa, and a guest house with its own bathroom and kitchen.
Before relocating to Los Angeles, Clarkson possessed a sizable 20,000-square-foot estate close to Nashville, as mentioned above, which she sold in 2021 for $6.3 million. The Tennessee mansion harbored a sand volleyball court, a wet bar with unique horse bar chairs, formal living and dining rooms, a wet bar, 11 bathrooms, and a home theater.
After almost seven years of marriage, Clarkson and Blackstock filed for divorce in June 2020, and in August 2021, they were officially announced as single.
