In Season 5 of The Real Housewives of New York City, LuAnne, Ramona, and Sonja, the remaining housewives from Season 4, returned. The introduction of three new housewives, Aviva, Carole, and Heather, adds fuel to the flames when newcomer Heather organizes a girls’ vacation to London without inviting Ramona.

Episode 1 - A New New York
RHONY Sonja Morgan begins the fifth season with a party where she meets Aviva Drescher, Carole Radziwill, and Heather Thomson. Up until Ramona Singer shows up, they all appear to get along. In this instance, Aviva discovers that a few of her “new” acquaintances have had relationships with her ex-husband.
As the saying goes, new friendships also bring forth new disclosures. Carole and Heather attempt to decide who to trust and avoid. We can probably expect plenty of drama to revolve around Ramona because she comes across as a genuinely unpleasant person.
She called Sonja out for referring to her ex-husband as her spouse in front of a table full of guests, threatened LuAnne de Lesseps, and mentioned her kids.
Episode 2 - Say What You Mean, Just Don't Say it Mean
Finally meeting to resolve their issues, LuAnn and Ramona finally talk things out. LuAnn wants Ramona to admit that she blackmailed her. Still, Ramona has a different perspective and insists that she did nothing wrong.
Carole and Aviva travel to the city center to shop and socialize. Sonja’s is undergoing some renovations as a result of Hurricane Irene. While Sonja examines Rich , Rich is inspecting the damage.
Episode 3 - Boozy Brunch
Aviva, Heather, and Sonja from uptown travel to Carole’s hip neighborhood for an afternoon of brunch, wine, and whining. Sonja launches a catering business to regain control of her financial destiny because her townhouse collapses on her, and there is no settlement in sight. The females compare who has the best dermatologist and the number of wrinkles on their faces.
Since Ramona and LuAnn are in the same room, plenty of drama will likely break out. She merely expresses what she believes, as Ramona points out.
Episode 4 - Diss-Invite
Real housewife Ramona Singer asks Aviva, Carole, and Sonja to lunch so they may talk to Heather about her present problems. Still, Sonja decides to meet LuAnn in private instead. LuAnn worries that Sonja is under Ramona’s control, but Sonja dispels this notion.
Ramona goes to meet Heather for drinks in the hopes of receiving an invitation to the London trip, but things go south when they start conversing. Sonja had a party planned for her to commemorate being featured on the cover of Social Life magazine. Ramona would eventually lose it over not getting an invitation to London.
It was only a matter of time. Sonja’s party was supposedly the ideal setting for it. She tried to jab Heather in public, hoping that Heather would get the hint and bring it up.
Episode 5 - The "Cool Girls"
When Aviva and Heather meet up to plan the London trip, Aviva shows anxiety at Ramona’s exclusion, but Heather is not at all phased. To celebrate her and her husband’s fifth anniversary, Aviva asks Sonja to arrange a party. Sonja is thrilled that it will be Sonja in the City’s debut event, but she worries that most of the preparation will occur while she is in London.
Trying not to offend anyone, Aviva is caught in the crossfire. Ramona’s trip to London is still being pushed by Aviva.
Episode 6 - I'm the U.K., You're the U.K.
When Carole, Sonja, and LuAnn reach London, they enjoy a luxurious penthouse that Heather planned for them all. The women go shopping in Notting Hill while Heather is at work, and Carole fills them in on her life in London following her husband’s passing. Later, when the women attend a work dinner, they learn how Heather’s Yummie Tummie company is run and receive a few surprises.
Ramona and Aviva go shoe shopping when they return to the Big Apple. Still, Aviva’s prosthetic limb astounds and shocks Ramona.
Episode 7 - Good Trip, Bad Fall
With a day of entertainment, Sonja, Heather, LuAnn, and Carole are capping up their trip to London. They depart for a traditional English game of croquet. Still, tension is escalating between Carole and LuAnn by this time, and Heather speculates that the “royal wars” may be underway.
With little time left to prepare for her anniversary celebration in NYC, Aviva worries about Sonja’s lack of preparation. She sends Ramona to check out the venue.
Episode 8 - Blinded By The Wine
Lunch is where Ramona, Sonja, Carole, and Aviva discuss London and the Anniversary Party. Aviva invites Sonja to meet her sex-obsessed father and mentions traveling to Miami with Ramona. Coincidentally, Carole will also be in Miami at the same time.
To help Sonja with her brand, Heather invites Sonja to her office to meet with logo expert James Bernard. However, things quickly turn worse. Later that evening, LuAnn and Jacques Azoulay invite all the women to a wine gathering they are hosting.
Episode 9 - Dirty Ol' Dad
Sonja and Carole travel to Miami’s balmy weather to see Aviva and Ramona. All the women, their husbands, and George Teichner, Aviva’s father, gather for dinner she hosts. Including his date, Sonja, George has eyes for all the women immediately.
He even assures Carole that he can misbehave toward her. Carole and LuAnn go shopping in New York to look at jewels. Carole criticizes LuAnn for requesting a dress loan from a friend.
Episode 10 - You Want To What Me In The Where?
Heather and her branding specialists go to Sonja’s house for their second meeting. Ramona has accepted Sonja’s invitation to her home so that they may discuss business and ideas. Ramona extends dinner invitations to every one of the women that evening, except for Heather and their significant others.
But as soon as LuAnn offends Carole and Mario criticizes Jacques, things swiftly go wrong. To collect coats for some less fortunate individuals and display her spread from Life & Style magazine, LuAnn threw a Christmas party. There was a little hitch where LuAnn and Ramona recaptured the entire wine tasting experience before the party went.
Ramona was persuaded by LuAnn that she had a good time at the party.
Episode 11 - This Party Is Toast
Carole invites the ladies and their husbands to a “White Elephant” party to celebrate the holidays. LuAnn and Heather experience the sex-obsessed patriarch for the first time when Aviva invites her father, George. He just so happens to be in town.
Sonja is nearly an hour late for her toaster oven photo shoot, which infuriates Heather, who sets everything up. Carole has completed her book and wants to celebrate by inviting all the women on a trip to St. Barth’s.
Episode 12 - All How You Spin It
The celebration is still going on until Heather and Mario argue about Ramona. Heather is upset that Aviva has never stood up for Ramona. The following day, Aviva organizes a fundraising event at Soul Cycle to support kids who require prosthetic limbs.
The absence of Ramona and Sonja infuriates Aviva because she believes that if alcohol had been offered, they would have come to her defense. When everyone arrives for lunch after Ramona’s invitation, Carole informs Sonja and Ramona that Aviva was furious that they skipped her charity event. The two women sit there and makeup excuses for skipping the event while lying vehemently.
Episode 13 - Pirate Booty Call
The women land in St. Barths without Aviva, who stayed behind owing to her anxieties, and proceed directly to their stunning property. Realizing it is first-rate in every aspect. In addition to showing up to meet the women on their first night on the island, Carole’s boyfriend Russ Irwinis there for a blues festival.
Also manages to save the conversation and the rest of the evening just in time. Sonja then returns to Heather and that terrible photo shoot with her unique brand of craziness. All this nonsense is about the branding of a toaster oven that doesn’t exist, and the fight causes the other women to leave.
Episode 14 - Slutty Island
Only Tomas, the “Johnny Deep look-alike” from the previous night, and Cat, an old acquaintance of LuAnn’s, show up to the party the ladies have invited friends to the villa for. The ladies speculate that Tomas was the person LuAnn brought back to the estate the night before. Ramona seizes the chance to investigate.
The claws appear once more when Ramona proposes that Aviva switch seats when the ladies are all trying to go out to supper. Aviva tries to continue her conversation with Ramona again. Even LuAnn is aware of the harm that Aviva has caused.
Episode 15 - Vacation, All I Never Wanted
Ramona notices that the trip she thought they were doing as a group of girlfriends has unquestionably changed into a retreat for couples. Aviva, Reid, Carole, and Russ are occupied putting up a double date. The conversation immediately becomes heated as Carole tries to convey to Ramona that it will only be a quick supper.
Before leaving to watch Russ perform, the women head out for a quick drink. Sonja and Ramona, however, throw fuel to the fire. It is by choosing to stay at the villa rather than attend the concert.
Episode 16 - What Happens In St. Barths Doesn't Stay In St. Barths
After the eventful journey, Ramona invites Sonja and LuAnn to a dinner party at the home of a mutual friend. Ramona and Sonja wonder whether LuAnn has told Jacques the whole truth about what happened with Tomas in St. Barths when Jacques is brought by LuAnn.
Carole, meantime, is in for a shock when Sonja introduces her to her shirt tailor and discovers that he is one of Carole’s previous suitors.
Episode 17 - Don't Make Room For Daddy
When Aviva’s father George returns to town, she brings him to her preferred natural foods store. Sonja is still unhappy with her ex-husband despite extensive settlement negotiations. She understands she is prepared to pursue more legal action.
Heather is joined by Aviva and LuAnn for a walkthrough at the venue of her forthcoming Yummie fashion show. The girls swim in the pool to round off their trip to St. Barts. The ladies all jump in fully clothed.
Episode 18 - All's Well That Doesn't End Well (Season Finale)
The team is caught off guard as Sonja and Heather attempt to add the finishing touches to Sonja’s toaster oven box. When Aviva meets with Heather for her fitting, she is unsure of the style that has been selected. Once more, making a scene at Heather’s charity event, Ramona and Sonja are at it again.
At Carole’s book party, Heather confronts Ramona about sabotaging her charity event, culminating in a night of confrontation. The conflict between Ramona and Aviva reaches a breaking point.
