Covid-19 positive cases arose following Barack Obama’s lavish 60th birthday celebration at Martha Vineyard.

A total of 74 people have tested positive for Covid-19 after the maskless birthday party of former President Barack Obama on Saturday. This controversy that shocked – and even put America on an outrage – happened at Martha’s Vineyard, an island in Massachusetts with an official guest list of approximately 500 star-studded guests, including Oprah Winfrey and George Clooney.

Despite the claims of pulling out the invitations and restricting the party to only his family and close friends, a large crowd of 300 to 400 people was still seen in the venue.

They purchased the 29-acre estate on the Edgartown Great Pond for $11.75 million in December 2019 after previously renting it.

Among Obama’s guests were Beyonce, Jay-Z, Chrissy Teigen, John Legend, Stephen Colbert, Bradley Cooper, and Bruce Springsteen. Meanwhile, singer Erykah Badu, who was also present at the party, posted a viral video of Obama – dressed in polo and white pants, grooving with other guests without a mask as if there were no threats of the Delta variant. The said video then prompted allegations against Obama’s elite party as the root cause of COVID-19 outbreaks in Martha’s Vineyard.

Although the island has 48 new reported Covid-19 positive cases even before Obama’s 60th lavish birthday celebration, it is hard to deny that a surge of cases arose after. In six consecutive days, the reported new cases become higher every day – six on Sunday, seven on Monday, ten on Tuesday, 13 on Wednesday, 18 on Thursday, and 20 on Friday.

On the other hand, Tisbury health agent and boards of health spokesperson Maura Valley said, “It’s a little too early, and the only way we’re going to know is through comprehensive contact tracing.”

Reactions to Obama's Covid Super-spreader Birthday celebration

A user shares her frustration on Twitter that not a single person constantly reminding the people about Covid-19 protocols has made “adjustments to their lives” nor “missed a single paycheck.”

None of the people lecturing you about masks and lockdowns and social distancing and vaccines and “we’re all in this together” have had to make a single adjustment to their lives or have missed a single paycheck. Face with raised eyebrow

The tweet above was retweeted by another concerned citizen agreeing that people in wealth show no empathy for the country’s suffering citizens and just planning on another state position – more of like saying, “rich people don’t care.”

Yes, the rich 1% of most of Congress and all of the cyber billionaires can laugh in our faces while they watch us scramble to buy food, gas, school supplies and pay all of the utility bills as they party in the Martha V's and plot their next takeover. Wake up people.

Alongside the two posts, someone also emphasized that there is more power for the rich that even the media stays silent concerning this issue.

No, they're all rich and think the rules are for the "little people"... I heard that 60 people caught Covid at Obama's Super spreader Birthday Party. Of course the media won't tell you about it because most of them were there.
