Geordie Shore star Chloe Ferry quits cosmetic surgery after losing weight.
English television personality Chloe Ferry is known as one of the cast members of the MTV reality series “Geordie Shore.” She also appeared in other reality programs such as “Celebrity Big Brother 19” in 2017 and “Celebs Go Virtual Dating” in 2020. Moreover, she is set to star in the upcoming “All Star Shore.”
Chloe, whose real name is Chloe West Etherington, is open to her personal life. She dated her “Geordie Shore” co-star Sam Gowland from 2017 to 2019. Then, a year later, she admitted that she was bisexual. When it comes to her physical change, she isn’t shy about discussing that matter.
The TV star has been very open about undergoing cosmetic surgery to achieve her curve figure over the past years. However, she’s done having such procedures after her 2 stone (28 pounds) weight loss. She is now more focused in terms of her fitness goal.
Chloe Ferry begins her weight loss journey and goes on a strict diet.
In 2020, Chloe had a boob reduction surgery in Turkey, and she compared her old breast implant to “dumplings.” Speaking in an interview via The Sun Online, she said that the surgery would be the last of her operations, and she won’t spend any more money on going under the knife.
The reality star seems to be more focused on her weight loss journey now rather than undergoing more cosmetic procedures in the future. She made her time during the COVID-19 lockdown more productive by going on a 1300 calories-a-day diet.
“I felt I had put some weight on after having my boobs done. So, I’m getting back in there. I have about 1300 calories a day, and obviously, I have chicken, rice, boiled eggs, protein shakes, and all that sort of stuff,” Chloe told the publication.
What is a 1300-calorie diet?
A 1300-calorie diet is a low-calorie diet, and it is designed for those who want to lose weight. Unlike other options out there, this particular plan involves consuming a balanced diet rich in nutrients. It’s not a fad diet but a strategic plan to reduce calorie intake without feeling weak and hungry.
However, it should be noted that reducing calorie intake may affect metabolism. Several scientific studies suggest that diminishing this unit of energy might lead to weight gain once you’re off the diet. Thus, it is recommended to turn to 1300 calories gradually to allow the body to adapt to the changes.
Another important thing to note is that weight loss depends on several factors – including current weight, height, age, genes, lifestyle, genes, etc. You could cut down pounds within 1 to 3 weeks, but if there are no immediate results, remember that not all bodies adjust the same way.
Chloe Ferry gained weight after her trip abroad and managed to lose pounds after two weeks.
In 2021, Chloe revealed that she gained 2 stone (28 pounds) after her business trip to Dubai. But she didn’t waste her time as soon as she returned to the United Kingdom. She went back to her fitness routine and lost weight within two weeks.
The TV personality shared her progress on Instagram stories, where she uploaded before and after videos of her. She claimed she felt “much better after shedding a few pounds.” She also shared with her followers that she was on a diet for about two and a half weeks.
Chloe didn’t reveal how much weight she had lost, but she was impressed with her progress after her tip in Dubai. Before traveling abroad, she reportedly weighed 9 stone (126 pounds), and she gained 2 stone (28 pounds) following her lengthy business trip.
Before she went home, the “Geordie Shore” star informed her fans through social media that she couldn’t wait to go back and start her workout routine. She also shared with everyone that her weight increased during her time abroad.
“I’m back home in a few days, and I’m not gonna lie, I’m actually really excited to get back to doing some workouts. I want to start training and eat healthy every single day and get some work done,” Chloe told her followers via her Instagram stories.
Chloe Ferry admits she had depression, and working out became her therapy.
The 26-year-old star also opened up about her struggles with mental health in “Geordie Shore: My Story.” She showed a different side of her, which wasn’t shown when the cameras were rolling. It was an emotional episode for her because it was like “taking a trip down memory lane.”
“You see me on Geordie Shore, and I’m bubbly and bouncy, but there are a lot of things people don’t know about us like at school. I hated it because I had difficulties reading and writing,” she said.
Chloe admitted that she had depression and felt nervous about coming out. When the episode was filmed, she said she spent “99 percent of the day crying.” But despite the dark days, she found something that could make her feel at ease.
The TV personality noted that exercising had been a form of therapy for her. She has her own gym at home, so she will go to the treadmill whenever she’s feeling down. Working out became her way of keeping her physical body and mental state healthy.
Chloe Ferry says she's open to dating again.
When it comes to Chloe’s love life, she revealed that she’s preparing herself to “settle down” and commit to a partner. It looks like she’s willing to meet someone who’ll stay by her side. Although she didn’t clearly note that it was about marriage, she seemed ready to enter a new relationship.
“As much as I love drinking and Geordie Shore, I’ve done it now for five years. I want to settle down, I want to find someone. I’ve been single a year, I like being with someone,” Chloe shared.
The reality star added that she’s “bored of being single and looking for someone now.” She described her ideal man as “someone who is handsome, loyal, good energy, and good banter.” She’s also open to doing another Celebs Go Dating so she could find that someone.
