A video shows a driver passing a cyclist who was signaling before a sharp turn and then launching himself out of the car to confront the rider.
In the first few seconds of the video, the car had been rushing to overtake the cyclist as the footage started shifting from side to side. Later on, the man’s car comes to a stop, and he gets out of his vehicle; however, he forgets to apply the handbrake.
Thus, the car started rolling, and the cyclist immediately prompted a warning to the man, saying, “Your car’s running away, careful!” The driver then went back to stop the vehicle before resuming his tirade.

After the cyclist has responded, the driver of the Peugeot brake checks the vehicle twice before coming to a halt and yelling, “What’s up with you, you t**t?”
The rider responds, “You don’t overtake while I’m indicating to turn right, please,” and the driver angrily exits the car before, when informed that his vehicle is evading him, running back in a comedic manner.
The driver continued to engage the passenger once the handbrake was safely deployed, asking, “What the hell are you doing, man?”
The “Northfield cyclist” user posted the video on social media and said the driving was “only worthy of a warning letter sent for inconsiderate driving” from Warwickshire Police.
The user Northfield cyclist also stated on his Twitter post, “I was indicating to turn right approx 50 yards before turn = brake checked and two very, very angry people.”
The biker is seen cycling north in the footage as they gesture to turn right on Spring Lane near the M24 in Solihull, which is just south of Birmingham.
As a bystander asks if the rider is alright, the driver tests his brakes one last time and drives away.
