How to Store the High Protein Steak and Eggs

Sunny-side-up eggs don’t keep well in the fridge. They are challenging to reheat without the egg’s texture changing. The yolk becomes solid, and the egg white becomes rubbery when heated in a microwave. Thus, it is recommended to reheat the steak and prepare fresh eggs. Nonetheless, this is how to preserve leftovers if you do have any.

You can store your leftover steak and eggs in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to two days.
You can also reheat the steak and eggs in the microwave until warmed.
