For Cheddar Sauce:
- ½ cup Heavy whipping cream
- 4 tbsp Cream cheese – diced and softened
- ½ cup Cheddar cheese – shredded
- ¼ teaspoon Dry mustard
- Salt and white pepper
For the Casserole:
- 1 lb Turkey breast – sliced
- 1¼ lbs Asparagus spears
- 4 Cherry tomatoes

- While assembling the casserole, preheat the oven to 350° F. Clean and trim the asparagus to the desired length.
- Roll 2 asparagus spears in 1 slice of deli turkey. Place the turkey and asparagus roll seam side down in a baking dish. Repeat with the remaining turkey and asparagus until both are used up.
- Pour the Cheddar Sauce over the turkey and asparagus rolls, smoothing it out and distributing it evenly with a spatula.
- Place the tomatoes on top of the sauce, sliced thinly.
- To add color to the dish, sprinkle some dried parsley on top of the casserole.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the mixture is hot and bubbly.
- Serve immediately.

How to Store the Keto Turkey and Asparagus Bake
Most casseroles can be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen for up to three months. This is not only convenient, but it also allows the flavors to mingle and fully develop.
