Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
- 1½ cups Onion – diced
- 3 cloves Garlic – minced
- 5 Green onions – sliced (white and green portions separated)
- 1 lb Ground pork
- ½ tsp Ginger powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp Garlic chili sauce (or more to taste)
- 1 14oz bag Coleslaw mix
- 3 tbsp Coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp White rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Warm the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the white parts of the green onions, the onion, and the garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the garlic is aromatic and the green onions are transparent.
- Add the ground pork, ginger, salt, pepper, and chili sauce Stir until the pork is thoroughly cooked.
- Mix in coleslaw, coconut aminos, and vinegar and cook until coleslaw is tender.
- Before serving, sprinkle with the green parts of the green onions and sesame seeds. If desired, squirt some more chili sauce over the top.
