Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Toasted sesame oil
  • 1½ cups Onion – diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic – minced
  • 5 Green onions – sliced (white and green portions separated)
  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • ½ tsp Ginger powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chili sauce (or more to taste)
  • 1 14oz bag Coleslaw mix
  • 3 tbsp Coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp White rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Warm the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the white parts of the green onions, the onion, and the garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the garlic is aromatic and the green onions are transparent.
  3. Add the ground pork, ginger, salt, pepper, and chili sauce Stir until the pork is thoroughly cooked.
  4. Mix in coleslaw, coconut aminos, and vinegar and cook until coleslaw is tender.
  5. Before serving, sprinkle with the green parts of the green onions and sesame seeds. If desired, squirt some more chili sauce over the top.
